When I was looking at investing in an apartment at Bangalore as a post retirement home, I came across Arya Hamsa at J P Nagar as one of the first few options on my list including some big brands .When I enquired further I was quite impressed with my conversation with the staff in terms of promptness of reply , clarity in response , documentation and related processes which convinced me to go ahead with Arya Hamsa. Especially for a person like me being from Mumbai and interested in investing in a property in Bangalore, I knew I had a challenge, being physically away.
